This service is designed for individuals who are unsure how to determine the correct NOC code for their work experience and would like a professional assessment before relying on that code in an immigration process. This service is for one job position only. If you would like us to determine the NOC code for more than one job, an additional fee of CAD 50 applies for each extra position. Choosing the correct NOC code is very important. An incorrect NOC code may create problems with eligibility, work experience assessment, job offer requirements, or the overall strength of an immigration application. Canada’s NOC system is based on the kind of work performed, and IRCC guidance emphasizes that the main duties must match the selected code, not just the job title. Once this service is booked, the appropriate service agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. After the agreement is signed, we will request the information and documents needed to assess your position properly. If you already have an employer letter, that is usually the best starting point, as the duties listed by the employer provide the strongest basis for NOC assessment. If no employer letter is available, the assessment will be based on the other information and documents you provide, such as job title, duties, employment details, contracts, resumes, or similar records. This service includes the assessment and written result for the job submitted. It does not include employer letter drafting, application preparation, legal representation, or government fees. The goal of this service is to help you rely on a NOC code that is better supported by your actual duties and documentation.
