PR Consultation (Out of Canada)
Description du service
This 60-minute PR consultation is designed for individuals outside Canada who want a realistic, profile-based plan for Canadian permanent residence—not generic information. Before the appointment, a short pre-assessment form is shared and key information/supporting documents are requested for review (work and education history, NOC/TEER, language results, family composition, funds, and any prior applications/refusals). The file is reviewed in advance so the session is used for analysis, strategy, and Q&A—not basic intake. During the consultation, eligibility is assessed and options are systematically reviewed, compared, and prioritized across: • Express Entry-related federal pathways and other relevant federal programs (including a preliminary CRS discussion where applicable) • Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) that are realistically worth pursuing for the profile (occupation, ties, timing, and practical feasibility) • Family sponsorship options (when applicable) and other long-term routes Where multiple options exist, practical pros/cons are discussed (likelihood, timeline, key requirements, and risk points). If a specific program is already targeted, its criteria are checked one by one and any missing, inconsistent, or high-risk points are clearly identified (e.g., points/requirements, timelines, and document consistency). If no direct PR option is available right now, realistic steps to build eligibility are mapped out (language strategy and target scores, credential assessment/ECA planning, work-experience positioning, job-offer considerations, proof-of-funds/documentation approach, and sequencing/timing). Country-of-residence document considerations are also addressed where relevant. By the end of the session, the following are provided: A prioritized shortlist of suitable pathways with clear reasoning (why each option is stronger/weaker) A step-by-step roadmap with timeline and decision points (what to do first, next, and when) A tailored checklist of next steps and documents, plus key risk flags that commonly lead to delays or refusals Note: This consultation does not include application preparation/form submission or government fees. If an application is pursued later, recommended next steps, required documentation, and an estimate of applicable service fees are shared transparently
