The process begins with a 30-minute initial consultation, during which we discuss your background, study plans, immigration history, and any important factors that may affect the strength of your application. This first meeting is also used to explain the process, identify key issues, and provide clear guidance on the information and supporting documents that must be prepared for your case. After the consultation, you will receive a personalized document checklist, and your application will be prepared based on the information and documents you provide. This service includes authorized representation, application strategy and review, IRCC forms completion, and full preparation of the application package. If applicable and eligible, a Spousal Open Work Permit may be prepared and submitted together with the main applicant’s study permit under a unified family strategy. Throughout the process, we remain in contact as needed by WhatsApp, phone, email, or Zoom to answer questions, clarify issues, and help move the file forward efficiently. Before submission, the service includes a 1-hour final consultation. During this meeting, the full application package is reviewed with you in detail so that all key information, supporting documents, explanations, and final points can be checked together before submission. Please note that this service does not include IRCC government fees, biometrics fees, medical exam fees, translation costs, or other third-party expenses. The final scope of work and professional fees are confirmed in the written retainer agreement, and fees may vary depending on case complexity.
