My name is Volkan Sacilik. I am the founder of Anka Canada Immigration Consulting, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a RCIC-IRB authorized to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. My CICC licence number is R1042981.

From Personal Experience to Professional Expertise
My Canadian journey began in 2018 with permanent residence through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, following a career in Türkiye as an international business development manager.
In Canada, I worked in post-secondary and K–12 education, handling international student admissions, enrolment, and advising, and developing international partnerships. Working closely with students and families from different countries showed me how education and immigration intersect in practice, alongside the uncertainty, expectations, and challenges of building a new future in Canada.
My MBA from Maltepe University strengthened my ability to plan complex processes, assess options strategically, and carefully manage each immigration file as a project from start to finish.
Comprehensive Two-Year Graduate Education in Immigration Law
In 2023, I began the mandatory graduate education required for RCIC qualification and eligibility for the Entry-to-Practice Examination.Over two years at Université de Montréal, I completed comprehensive studies in Canadian and Quebec immigration law, covering temporary and permanent residence, family sponsorship, citizenship, refugee and protection law, regulatory compliance, professional ethics, and legal problem-solving.I completed the Graduate Specialized Diploma in Canadian and Quebec Immigration Regulation in 2025, subsequently passed the CICC Entry-to-Practice Examination, and received my RCIC licence in January 2026.
