Meet the Consultant – Volkan Sacilik, RCIC
R1042981
I’m Volkan Saçılık, the founder of Anka Canada Immigration Consulting and a licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
My journey to Canada began in 2018 when I obtained permanent resident status through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Before moving to Canada, I worked in Türkiye as an international business development manager in the private sector.
After settling in Canada, I continued my career in the education field, working in both higher education institutions and K–12 organizations. I supported international students with admissions, registration processes, advising, and the development of international partnerships. During this time, I worked closely with students’ academic plans as well as their immigration needs, gaining firsthand insight into how Canada’s education system and immigration pathways are deeply interconnected in practice.
In 2023, I began the mandatory two-year postgraduate program for immigration consultants the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Québec Immigration Law at University of Montreal , and successfully completed it in 2025. That same year, I passed the licensing exam administered by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), earning the RCIC designation.
The challenges and experiences I encountered during my own immigration journey, combined with my professional background and academic training shape my approach as a consultant. I am committed to offering guidance that is not only technically sound, but also empathetic, realistic, and solution-oriented from the perspective of someone who has personally lived through the process.
My mission is to provide transparent, ethical, and effective immigration consulting services to individuals and families who wish to settle in Canada through official pathways, as well as to those already in Canada who want to maintain or enhance their status and make informed decisions about their future.
I am authorized to represent clients for Canadian immigration matters outside the province of Québec.
I offer services in Turkish, English, and French.
If you’re looking for a professional and trustworthy guide on your Canadian journey, I would be delighted to work with you.
