This first step also allows us to understand the actual scope of your case and confirm the appropriate professional fee. The number of applicants or family members included, previous refusals, or other case-specific complexities may affect the amount of work required and the final fee.

There is no obligation to continue after the consultation. If you decide to move forward, the fee you paid for your initial consultation will be fully credited toward the professional fee for your application. In other words, the consultation becomes the first step of your representation rather than an additional cost.​​
