All full-service applications begin with a paid initial consultation. Before you commit to the full professional fee, we first take the time to understand your circumstances, assess your eligibility, identify any potential concerns, and make sure this is the right service and immigration pathway for you.

This first step also allows us to understand the actual scope of your case and confirm the appropriate professional fee. The number of applicants or family members included, previous refusals, or other case-specific complexities may affect the amount of work required and the final fee.

There is no obligation to continue after the consultation. If you decide to move forward, the fee you paid for your initial consultation will be fully credited toward the professional fee for your application. In other words, the consultation becomes the first step of your representation rather than an additional cost.

What is the difference between a Full Application service and an Application Review service?

A Full Application service is for clients who want full professional support with the preparation and submission of their application from start to finish, including guidance on documents, forms, strategy, and the final application package. An Application Review service is for clients who prepare their own application but want a professional review before submission to identify possible errors, missing information, inconsistencies, or areas that should be improved.
