This service is for employer letters only. An additional fee of CAD 75 applies for each extra document submitted for review. Employer letters are often a key part of an immigration application. Missing details, unclear wording, incomplete job information, or inconsistencies with the rest of the file may weaken an application or create avoidable concerns. This service is designed for individuals who want a professional review of an employer letter before using it in an immigration process. Once this service is booked, the appropriate service agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. After the agreement is signed, you may submit the employer letter that requires review. The document will then be reviewed in detail to assess whether it appears complete, clear, and appropriate for immigration purposes. This includes reviewing the letter for missing or weak information, unclear wording, inconsistencies, job title and duties issues, employment details, and other important elements that may require correction or improvement depending on the intended use of the letter. This service is ideal for individuals who want to identify possible issues before submitting their application and who would like written feedback on what should be corrected, clarified, strengthened, or added. Please note that this service is limited to the review of employer letters only. It does not include full application review, application preparation, legal representation, communication with IRCC, or government fees. Drafting a new employer letter from scratch is not included unless separately agreed. The goal of this service is to help you use a stronger and more complete employer letter in support of your immigration application.
