Service Description

This service is for applicants who have received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) through Express Entry and want full professional representation for their permanent residence application. The process begins with an initial consultation. We review the basis of your ITA, confirm your eligibility under the program for which you were invited, compare the information in your Express Entry profile with your current circumstances, and identify any issues that could affect the application. We also discuss family composition, previous immigration history, timing, document availability and any case-specific risks. If you decide to proceed, the scope of work and professional fees are confirmed in a written Service Agreement before representation begins. You will then receive a case-specific document checklist with clear instructions for the evidence required. We prepare your permanent residence application, complete and review the required forms, and assess supporting documents for consistency and strength. Particular attention is given to work experience, education, language results, personal and travel history, family information, police certificates, medical requirements and proof of funds where applicable. When needed, we provide guidance on employment letters and supporting evidence and prepare appropriate explanations or representative submissions. Before submission, the complete application is reviewed against your Express Entry profile and ITA to identify inconsistencies, omissions or issues that should be corrected or explained. The final application is reviewed with you and submitted only after your confirmation. We remain your authorized representative within the agreed scope of service, monitor the application after submission and assist with IRCC correspondence and file-related developments. Online meetings are arranged as needed, and communication remains open throughout the process by WhatsApp, email and telephone. The fees shown are professional fees for ANKA Immigration’s services only. IRCC/government fees, biometrics, medical examinations, translations and other third-party costs are not included. Final professional fees may vary depending on family size, previous refusals or other case-specific complexity. A special professional-fee discount is available to clients whose Express Entry profile was created by ANKA Immigration.
