In-Canada All Pathways Assessment
Service Description
This 90-minute In-Canada All Pathways Assessment is built for clients who need a complete strategy—not a single-program opinion. It includes everything covered in a PR pathways consultation, and goes further by adding a dedicated status review so legal stay can be protected while PR eligibility is built. Before the session, a pre-assessment form is shared and key information/supporting documents are requested (status history and current permit, language results, education, work experience, NOC/TEER, spouse/partner details, dependants, job offer, previous applications/refusals, and goals). The file is reviewed in advance so the session is used for analysis, realistic options, and Q&A—not basic intake. During the consultation, options are systematically reviewed, compared, and prioritized across: • PR pathways: federal programs and realistic PNP streams (starting with the province/territory of residence, while also checking other viable jurisdictions when relevant) • Profile strengthening: practical actions that can improve eligibility/competitiveness (language strategy, credential assessment, documentation approach, work history positioning, job offer considerations, and timing) • Work/study status alignment: short-term options that may support the PR timeline are reviewed where applicable (e.g., status extension/maintenance planning and other realistic temporary options based on the profile) • Program-specific validation: if a program is already targeted, criteria are checked one by one; missing, inconsistent, or high-risk points are identified so the profile can be aligned before submission • Status strategy: extension/maintenance options and timing are mapped out; where applicable, restoration considerations are reviewed; practical “what happens if…” scenarios are discussed so a clear plan exists to avoid losing status while progressing toward PR By the end, the following are delivered: A prioritized shortlist of pathways with clear reasoning (why each option is stronger/weaker for the profile) A step-by-step roadmap with timeline and decision points (what to do first, next, and when) A tailored checklist of next steps and required documents, including key risk points that commonly lead to delays or refusals Note: This assessment does not include application preparation/form submission or government fees. If further representation is requested, service options, scope, and fees are shared transparently.
