Non-Express Entry Full PR Application

Service Description

This service is for individuals applying for permanent residence through a pathway outside Express Entry and who want full professional representation for the federal PR stage. This may include non-Express Entry Provincial Nominee Program applications after nomination, Atlantic Immigration Program applications after provincial endorsement, permanent residence applications for protected persons or Convention refugees after a positive IRB or IRCC determination, and other eligible non-Express Entry pathways within our scope of practice. Following the initial consultation, we confirm the appropriate PR pathway, review the basis of your eligibility, identify any admissibility or documentation concerns, and discuss application strategy and timing. We also review family composition, immigration history, previous applications or refusals, and program-specific requirements. If you decide to proceed, the scope of representation and professional fees are confirmed in a written Service Agreement before the full application service begins. You will receive a case-specific document checklist and guidance on the evidence required. We prepare and review the required forms and supporting documents, including identity and civil-status records, personal, address and travel history, family information, police certificates, immigration status documents and program-specific evidence. Where applicable, this may include nomination or endorsement documents, employment or settlement evidence, proof of funds, or documents relating to protected-person status. Before submission, the complete application is reviewed for consistency, completeness and potential concerns. The final file is reviewed with you and submitted only after your confirmation. We remain your authorized representative within the agreed scope, monitor the application after submission and assist with IRCC correspondence and file developments. Online meetings are arranged as needed, and communication remains open throughout the process by WhatsApp, email and telephone. The fees shown are professional fees for ANKA Immigration’s services only. IRCC/government fees, biometrics, medical examinations, translations and other third-party costs are not included. Fees may vary based on family size, previous refusals or other case-specific complexity. Express Entry, family sponsorship and Humanitarian & Compassionate applications are offered under separate services.
