Service Description

This service is for one applicant only. An additional fee of CAD 400 applies for each extra person included in the same application. This service includes two 1-hour consultations: one at the beginning of the process and one after the review is completed. This service is designed for individuals who plan to prepare and submit their own permanent residence application outside the Express Entry system, but would like professional guidance and a detailed review before submission. During the first consultation, we will discuss the basis of your application, your personal and immigration background, and the main issues that should be considered before you begin preparing or finalizing your file. This meeting is intended to help you better understand the key documents, important risk areas, and the points that may require particular attention in your case. After this consultation, you will prepare your application and supporting documents based on the guidance provided. Once your file is ready, you will submit your completed application package for review. A detailed review will then be conducted to assess the overall strength, consistency, and credibility of the application. This includes reviewing the file for missing information, weak points, inconsistencies, insufficient explanations, and areas that may need clarification, correction, or strengthening before submission. Once the review is completed, the service includes a second 1-hour consultation. During this follow-up meeting, we will go through the application in detail and discuss what should be corrected, improved, reorganized, or explained more clearly before submission. The goal is to help you understand the changes that should be made so that you can submit your application with greater clarity and confidence. This service is intended only for permanent residence applications submitted outside the Express Entry system. It is a review service for self-prepared applications only and does not include application preparation, document drafting, submission to IRCC, communication with IRCC, legal representation, or government fees.
