OINP Nomination Full Application

Service Description

This service is for candidates who have received an Invitation to Apply under the Ontario Workforce Priority Stream and want full professional representation for the provincial nomination stage of their application. Following the initial consultation, we review the basis of your invitation, your Expression of Interest, job offer, NOC and TEER classification, employment history, education, language results, current immigration status and the factors for which you claimed EOI points. We confirm the requirements applicable to your pathway, identify any inconsistencies or documentation concerns, and review the strict submission deadlines following the invitation. If you proceed, the scope of representation and professional fees are confirmed in a written Service Agreement. You will receive a case-specific document checklist and guidance on the evidence required. We prepare and review the applicant-side OINP forms and supporting documents, including evidence supporting your EOI claims, qualifying work experience, education, language ability, legal status where applicable, intention to live and work in Ontario, and the job offer on which the application is based. Where necessary, we prepare explanations or representative submissions addressing employment history, EOI information or other case-specific concerns. The employer’s application for approval of the employment position is an essential part of the process. We review relevant employer and job-offer information for consistency with your application and coordinate timing where appropriate. Employer-side representation through the Employer Portal is not included unless separately agreed in writing. Before submission, the nomination application is reviewed for accuracy, consistency and compliance with the applicable stream requirements. The final file is reviewed with you and submitted only after your confirmation. We remain your authorized representative within the agreed scope and assist with OINP correspondence and file developments. Online meetings are arranged as needed, with ongoing communication by WhatsApp, email and telephone. The fees shown are professional fees only. OINP fees, translations and other third-party costs are not included. Fees may vary based on previous refusals or case complexity. This service covers the Ontario nomination application only. A subsequent permanent residence application to IRCC is a separate service.
