This consultation is ideal for individuals who need clarity on the differences between a refugee claim and an H&C application, would like a structured review of their situation before taking action, or are facing urgent or complex circumstances and need guidance on what may be appropriate to explore. Where relevant, we will also discuss key procedural considerations, documentation issues, timing concerns, and factors that may strengthen or weaken the case. Please note that this consultation does not include claim or application preparation, document drafting, submissions, formal representation, or government fees.
