This 60-minute pre-consultation is designed for individuals who are planning to submit a spousal or family sponsorship application in Canada and would like to assess in detail the eligibility of both the sponsor and the family member being sponsored. During this consultation, the nature of your relationship or family connection, your marital status, cohabitation history, immigration history, current status in Canada, previous applications, possible inadmissibility risks, and other important factors that may affect your application are reviewed in detail. Our goal is to identify the most appropriate sponsorship category for your situation and provide you with a clear, honest, and strategic roadmap before you begin the process. This consultation may include an assessment of eligibility under the following sponsorship categories: spouse sponsorship common-law partner sponsorship conjugal partner sponsorship dependent child sponsorship adopted child sponsorship parents and grandparents sponsorship in certain circumstances, orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece, or grandchild sponsorship in very limited situations, sponsorship of another eligible relative During the meeting, we review which category may be the most appropriate for your case, how your relationship or family connection may be assessed, which documents may be important, and which risks should be identified in advance in your file.
