Service Description

This service is for one applicant only. An additional fee of CAD 150 applies for each extra person included in the same application. This service is designed for individuals who plan to prepare and submit their own visitor visa application, but would like professional guidance and a detailed review before proceeding. The service includes an initial 30-minute consultation, during which we will discuss your purpose of travel, background, immigration and travel history, family and employment situation, finances, and any previous refusals or concerns that may affect your case. This first meeting helps identify the key issues in your file and allows the review to be approached with a clear understanding of your situation. After the consultation, you will prepare your application and supporting documents based on the strategy discussed. Once your file is ready, you will submit your completed documents for review. A detailed review will then be conducted to assess the overall strength, consistency, and credibility of the application. This includes reviewing the application package for missing information, weak points, inconsistencies, supporting evidence, and areas that may need clarification or improvement. Once the review is completed, the service also includes a 60-minute follow-up consultation. During this meeting, we will go through the file in detail and discuss what should be corrected, improved, strengthened, or reorganized before submission. You will receive professional guidance on the issues identified in the review and a clearer understanding of how to improve the quality of your application before you submit it yourself. This service is ideal for applicants who want a second professional review of their visitor visa application before submission and would like to better understand how their case may be assessed by an officer. Please note that this service does not include application preparation, document drafting, submission to IRCC, communication with IRCC, or government fees. It is a review service for self-prepared applications only.
