Service Description

This service is for individuals outside Canada who require a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) to visit Canada for tourism, family or personal visits, or eligible business activities and who want full professional representation from assessment through submission. Following the initial consultation, we review the purpose and proposed length of your visit, your personal and financial circumstances, employment or other commitments, family situation, travel and immigration history, previous applications or refusals, and your ties to your country of residence. We assess whether the proposed visit is supported by the available evidence and identify any concerns that should be addressed before filing. If you decide to proceed, the scope of representation and professional fees are confirmed in a written Service Agreement before the full application service begins. You will receive a case-specific document checklist and clear guidance on the evidence required. We prepare and review the application forms and supporting documents, including passport and travel history, employment or business records, financial evidence, proof of residence and ties outside Canada, travel plans, and invitation or host documents where applicable. We also prepare or review the purpose-of-travel explanation and other written submissions needed to present your circumstances clearly and consistently. Before submission, the complete application is reviewed for accuracy, consistency and potential concerns, including whether the evidence supports the stated purpose of travel, available funds and intention to leave Canada at the end of the authorized stay. The final application is reviewed with you and submitted only after your confirmation. Online meetings are arranged as needed, and communication remains open throughout the process by WhatsApp, email and telephone. We remain your authorized representative within the agreed scope, monitor the application after submission and assist with IRCC correspondence and file developments. The fees shown are professional fees for ANKA Immigration’s services only. IRCC/government fees, biometrics, medical examinations, translations and other third-party costs are not included. Fees may vary based on the number of applicants, previous refusals or other case-specific complexity. This service is for visitor visa applications made from outside Canada. Super Visa and in-Canada TRV applications are offered separately.
