This full-service package is designed for individuals who need to request a correction or amendment to an issued work permit, such as errors relating to name, date, conditions, validity, or the removal of medical restrictions, where eligible. The process begins with a 30-minute initial consultation, during which we review the issue on the current permit, your immigration background, supporting documents, and whether the requested correction or amendment appears appropriate. This meeting is also used to explain the process and identify the documents and information required. After the consultation, you will receive guidance on the required documents, and the request will be prepared based on the information and documents you provide. This service includes authorized representation, eligibility review and strategy, IRCC forms completion, and letters and document guidance. Throughout the process, we remain in contact as needed by WhatsApp, phone, email, or Zoom. Before submission, the service includes a 30-minute final consultation. During this meeting, the completed request is reviewed with you so that all key details can be checked together before filing. Please note that this service does not include IRCC government fees, biometrics fees, medical exam fees, translation costs, or other third-party expenses, such as notary or courier fees, if applicable. The final scope of work and professional fees are confirmed in the written service agreement.
