This service is for one applicant only. An additional fee of CAD 250 applies for each extra person included in the same application. This service includes 1 hour of consultation time. This service is designed for individuals who plan to prepare and submit their own work permit application, but would like professional guidance and a detailed review before proceeding. It may be used for various work permit categories, including open work permits, post-graduation work permits (PGWP), spousal open work permits, Bridging Open Work Permits (BOWP), LMIA-based closed work permits, and other eligible work permit applications. For LMIA-based closed work permit cases, this service is intended for applications where a positive LMIA has already been issued. The service includes consultation time during which we will discuss the legal basis of your intended application, your immigration history, current status if applicable, employment situation, supporting documents, and any other factors that may affect the strength of your case. This helps identify the key issues in your file and allows the review to be approached with a clear understanding of your situation. After the consultation, you will prepare your application and supporting documents based on the strategy discussed. Once your file is ready, you will submit your completed application package for review. A detailed review will then be conducted to assess the overall strength, consistency, and credibility of the application. This includes reviewing the file for missing information, weak points, inconsistencies, insufficient explanations, supporting evidence, and areas that may need clarification or improvement before submission. Once the review is completed, the consultation time may be used to go through the file in detail and discuss what should be corrected, strengthened, explained more clearly, or reorganized before submission. You will receive professional guidance on the issues identified in the review and a clearer understanding of how to improve the quality of your application before you submit it yourself. This service is ideal for applicants who already have a valid basis for a work permit application and want a second professional review before submission. It is especially useful for those who want to better understand eligibility, key criteria, supporting documents, and possible risk factors before filing their application. Please note that this service does not include LMIA applications, employ
